GODIF for Patients

GODIF aims to determine whether the drug furosemide is an effective treatment for critically ill patients with fluid overload.

Furosemide is a diuretic, given to reduce fluid build up. Fluid build up is a common and serious complication in patients admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU). This trial will compare furosemide to a placebo.
